Registration for all families currently enrolled in the program
opened May 21 and closes on July 17. 
LATE FEE OF $50 FOR ANY REGISTRATION POSTMARKED OR DROPPED OFF AFTER JULY 17.

1. Religious Education Student Application with 1^st & 2^nd Choice Session Time/Day Selected. 

2. Parent Agreement read carefully and signed as changes have been made.

3. Check Made Payable to:  ST. JOSEPH’S CHURCH

4. First-time registrants must provide baptismal certificate (even if your child was baptized at St. Joseph’s).

• Class assignments are based on the date a COMPLETE registration packet is received (see above) and your child has completed all requirements from last year.
• Classes are filled on a first come, first served basis.
